Tracking Information
You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order is shipped but sometimes due to free shipping tracking is not available.My tracking says "No information available at the moment"
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please email us at thebloodybakery@gmail.com

However, due to the recent Covid-19 situation, there are shipping delays of depending on where you are located. Domestic Orders will be shipped via USPS
Priority Mail (1-3 business days) Priority Mail Express (1-2 Business days) excluding holidays.
International Orders will be shipped via DHL
DHL Express ( 2-6 Business days) excluding holidays.All shipments outside the US will be subject to import duties & taxes. These charges are subject to your local authorities and not collected or charged by us. Kindly refer to your local authorities for pricing.
Pre Orders
If you place an order that contains a Pre-order item please note your full order will not leave until Pre-order items arrive. If you would like in stock items first separate orders must be made.

Lost or Stolen Packages
The Bloody Bakery is not responsible for lost or stolen shipments. Once packages leave our office it is responsibility of shipping carriers. (USPS)Packages may be left at your front door by the postal courier if no one is home to receive it. We have no control over what happens to your package once the postal courier delivers it.We do not replace or refund orders that are scanned "delivered" by USPS
